As growers as well as wholesalers, our priority is always with the farmer. We source the freshest, seasonal, local produce from as close as we possibly can.

Some of our regular local suppliers are Nick and James from Ritec Valley in Tenby, Adam and Dee from Southern Roots near Newport and Romeo Sarra in Haverfordwest. We’re always on the look out for new organic growers too.

And whilst the local season is crucial, we know that many of our shop customers are competing directly with supermarkets, so we always keep a full range of organic fruit and vegetables in stock year round, for a more ethical alternative.

We’ve been wholesaling for over thirty years, so we’re well versed in the different needs of our customers.

We’ve developed long lasting relationships with suppliers across Wales, England and on the continent.

Whether its the lovely English apple and fruit growers on the Hereford borders, our weekly root vegetable supplier near Kington, or the more seasonal growers in Lincolnshire who send refrigerated boxes of the first fresh, sweetcorn to us in the post!

Our suppliers are the people who make our business work, and bring us a lot of joy and shared experience in the process, so we really cultivate and treasure them and their skills.

Because of our large pool of experience, we’re happy to be as a adaptable as possible for our customers.

This can look like

-growing or sourcing specific ingredients for restaurants,

-supporting seasonal box schemes,

-offering fruit alongside a growers boxes to expand their offering

-providing photos of the farm and products for shops social channels

-supporting local food hubs with set boxes
